This Project was carried out in the Oyugis region, Homa Bay County, Kenya, aimed at unlocking the dairy potential of an area previously considered unsuitable for this production. The project enabled local actors to organize and solve common problems, inspiring them to develop their own work agenda. Producers have organized a cooperative, they are organizing a minimum processing of milk, many are better conserving forage for cattle, they have organized Artificial Insemination, among others. The community wants a new project to continue the work, aiming to generate progress and inspire other communities.
